PERMIT #: M-2000-158
INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: TOD
INSPECTION DATE: May 21, 2015
The western boundary of the northern portion of the site was observed during the inspection. The northern
portion will be owned and operated by United and operated under the current mining and reclamation plans.
As cited as a problem on Page 1, the vegetation in the northern portion of the site is dominated by noxious
weeds. The following noxious weeds were observed during the inspection; Hoary Crest (white top), Bull
Thistle, Canada Thistle and cheat grass (downy brome). United must implement the approved noxious weed
control plan upon assuming responsibility for the site.
The northern and southern sections of the site were partially flooded due to the recent rainfall events in the
area.
