This property is owned by Brian and Pam Jacobsen. The Jacobsen's were notified of the <br />project by Certified Mail Receipt on April 4, 2015. The Jacobsen's made no contact regarding the <br />project and no questions or comments were received by the DRMS. A copy of the structure <br />agreement was sent to the Jacobsen's on May 23 2015. The applicant has met with the Jacobsen's <br />three times to explain and discuss the structure agreement. At the last meeting they mentioned <br />that they were going to have the agreement reviewed by their legal counsel. They stated that they <br />would have the agreement executed by June 42015. <br />The project is not expected to "adversely affect the stability of any significant, valuable and <br />permanent man-made structure".
