Weeds are mechanically controlled along seeded slopes of seeded basin perimeters as needed, but are not generally a
problem over affected lands. Water level data is also included as an attachment to this report. Primary future activity
includes the continued processing and removal of existing stockpiled materials or of that taken primarily from existing
extracted basin bottoms over the ensuing year. No other reclamation is anticipated for the 2014-2015 year.

*Note: Fill Activities since the 2003 Amendment have reduced the 13.46± acres of basin fill (B) by 3.40± acres,
based upon an area apx. 250'± x 740'± and deducting for the escalloped edge of the fill area by a factor of 20%.
While fill activity continues 2013, however, the rate of fill did not add significantly to previously described extent.
We will measure in 2014 for the next annual report and update if a significant extent can be discerned and plotted.
