If "NO" please explain: Broadcast seeding of soil stockpiles in fall 2014 used the approved seed mixture and may
take up to three years to fully express themselves. Regardless, the low profile of perimeter placed soil stockpiles
appear stable. Interseeding of soil stockpiles will occur in the Spring of 2016 if vegetative cover has not adequately
expressed itself at that time.
