I have since registered my well with the Office Of The State Engineer Colorado Division
Of Water Resources. My well was permit was issued on April 30, 2015. My Well Permit
Number is 297435.
Mr. Hays, I need your help. My tenant was moving around forty gallon barrels of
potable water from a truck to a platform built to hold the water barrels, and fell off and cracked
two ribs; all in an attempt to provide potable water for his family. It is my opinion that the Iron Mills
Mine, and their mining operation, is directly the cause of the lack of water to the well on the property.
Prior to the Iron Mills Mine aggressively mining the open pit mine near the property, I had never had an
issue with a lack of water to the well. As a matter of fact, there was always plenty of water flow for
interior and exterior use. Please help.
Sincerely Yours, `
c f --L✓An cZ- J .
-PU
Marcos Hernandez
Maria de Lourdes de Palma
