Both refuse pile RP -2/3/4 and RP -5A <br />were well compacted and were easily driven on with a truck. Grading of the pile allows surface runoff to flow to <br />perimeter ditches before reaching an associated sediment pond. No signs sloughing or slumping was observed and <br />the piles remain stable. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />
