EXHIBIT H <br />WILDLIFE INFORMATION <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife is provided for use by Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety for consideration of a mining permit for: <br />Mathew Sprague/Sprague Stone LLC; DRMS File No. M-2015-006 <br />Sprague Stone Quarry, 8479 North County Road 27, Masonville, CO,80541 - located in Section 22, <br />Township 6 North, Range 70 West of the 6th P.M., County of Larimer, State of Colorado. <br />Wildlife Species List: Deer, elk, coyote, badger, marmot, fox, weasel, skunk, rabbits, raptors, <br />magpie, various small rodents, and seasonal songbirds. <br />Endangered/Critical Species List: No know threatened or endangered species. <br />Assessment of Impact: Estimated minor impact, the area has been mined for several years; <br />therefore the influences on wildlife would be in the form of harassment instigated by the presence of <br />humans and equipment. <br />R:\2000\2089.00 Sprague Quarry\D0CUMENTS\PERMITS\2015 Mining Permit\For Permit Package Submittal\Exhibits\Exhibit H - Wildlife <br />Information.docx <br />
