Oblique aerial photographs were taken on May 26, 2015 and reviewed in the Denver office by Jason <br />Musick of the Division on June 1, 2015. The sky was clear and site conditions observed in the photographs were <br />dry at the time of the inspection. <br />t omere Zi :WHAT1 4 AN:i=1 � I <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />Ponds 1, 2, 3, 4, West Ridge Pond, ROM Pond, WS -1 Pond and WS -2 Pond were observed in the photographs. <br />All ponds were dry with the exception of a small pool of water at Pond 3 during the inspection. No run-off was <br />observed in established ditches or from the reclamation areas in the photographs. No problems were noted. <br />All established ditches observed in the photographs were stable with no evidence of instability or damage. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />Reclaimed areas at both the East and West mines were stable with no evidence of instability, erosion, or damage in <br />the aerial photographs. <br />REVEGETATION— Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />No evidence of large bare areas or heavy patches of potential weed infestations were observed in the photographs. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 5 <br />Page 2 of 7 <br />
