Box 68 <br />Empire, CO 80438 <br />Phone (303) 569-3221 <br />Fax (303) 569-2830 <br />RECEIVE® <br />v MAY 2 7 2015 <br />DIVISION OF RECLAMATION, <br />MINING AND SAFETY <br />Re: Permit M-1977-342, Submittal of 2014 Annual Water Monitoring Report — <br />Henderson Operations Groundwater Management Plan <br />Dear Mr. Hays, <br />Climax Molybdenum Company (Climax) is submitting this Annual Water Monitoring Report <br />pursuant to the requirements of Section 7.1 of the Henderson Operations Groundwater <br />Management Plan (GWMP) approved on July 25, 2012 as Technical Revision 16 to Reclamation <br />Permit No. M-1977-342. <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) recently approved in a Memorandum <br />dated April 14, 2015 Numeric Protection Limits (NPLs) for pH and manganese that were <br />proposed in the Henderson 5 -Quarter Water Quality Data and Baseline Parameters Report <br />submitted to the DRMS on May 29, 2014. Further clarification was provided during a recent on- <br />site inspection at Henderson with regard to these NPLs.
