My apologies for not <br />contacting you to accompany us on the inspection. Next time I'm out that way I'll be sure to stop by to meet <br />you in person. <br />Please find the attached inspection report and let me know if you have any questions or comments that I may <br />address for you. An electronic version of this and other documents are available online through the DRMS <br />website at: http://mining.state.co.us/Reports/Pages/imagedDocumentData.aspx <br />Regarding vegetation sampling, we are obliged to sample the 9th and 10th year of growth. This year marks <br />vegetation at the 9th year of establishment. Once adequate vegetation reclamation is established the area would <br />no longer require DRMS oversight and would be released. Currently we are planning on sampling July 14 through <br />17 with a team of four DRMS staff.
