7. Additional Comments:
Existing roads were used to access drill sites and maintained to pre-existing
conditions. Drill sites were located adjacent to existing roadways and reclaimed
as per permit requirements.
Drill holes 2-12, 3-12, 5-12, 6-12, 8-12 through 13-12, 15-12, 1 nd 16-12 were
not drilled.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the exploration activities for which I posted bond are
completed, and that, to the best of my knowledge, all applicable reclamation requirements
have been met.
