NHN-1 Drainage (East and West) <br />Inspected the drainages for stability and functionality. NOTE: As part of OSMRE's 2014 <br />Complete Inspection, several areas were identified that needed maintenance at these locations. <br />All repairs and maintenance have been completed. No areas of concern were identified at the <br />time of inspection. <br />Sims and Markers (Rule 4.02): <br />Mine identification signs are present- throughout the various entrances to the mine. Blasting signs <br />and permit boundary markers were clearly marked with fence posts and signage in accordance <br />with 4.02.3. All observed topsoil stockpiles are marked in accordance with 4.02.7. See Figures <br />4 and 5 below. <br />General Compliance: <br />No compliance issues were noted and no enforcement actions were taken as a result of this <br />inspection. <br />Maintenance Items: <br />1. Ensure that topsoil stockpiles are protected from wind and water erosion as discussed in <br />the closeout meeting. <br />
