May 261510:24a Naturita Commuity Library 9708652157 p.5
abandoned since you must drive on our prime farmland fields to
monitor them, or that a schedule be approved that would allow
for the monitoring to be done in the off seasons after November
or during harvest time only. No roads, ditches, etc. can be built
on prime farmland and we do not want any driving in these
fields while the crops are trying to }produce, so we need an
approved decision by the State that would allow for
abandonment or a very workable schedule of monitoring. I do
not believe that the results of this monitoring has ever showed
results to be detrimental to anyone and they are not on an
alluvial, so I notice in the rules that these can be discontinued or
other time frames can be worked with the approval from the
State. These time frames are quarterly, so a lot of lead -way
needs to be established so this can be done while it is being
harvested, if the decision is for them to remain. Also, please let
us know on that matter as soon as possible because it also
affects our planting and we do not want anyone driving in our
field once the new seed has been planted. And the only time
anyone can drive in the new established field is when it is being
harvested. Thank you very much for your time and we will look
forward to hearing from you. Mike Sorenson, Rick Worley,
Frank Ferris and Trevor Ragsdale have done a tremendous job
of trying to get this all put back properly and very acceptable. I
hope that you can see this and know we are all doing everything
possible to meet all rules and regulations and to achieve bond
release in another 9 years since the bond period began with the
first seed in the ground last year which will be disked under as a
green manure crop very shortly. Time is of an essence and
minor revisions can be ruled on immediately, so I hope you will
understand the urgency because we are on a non -changeable
