All <br />ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI (COLORADO) amec <br />SQUAW GULCH (VLF) WEEKLY REPORT foster <br />wheeler <br />GPS equipped Cat dozers continued grading the slope between the E and G benches. The <br />dozer was supported by a Cat excavator with attached rock hammer, breaking oversized rock. A <br />Cat smooth drum roller compacted the finished subgrade. <br />All of the above Structural Fill material was placed, compacted, and graded per the project plans <br />and specifications. <br />Subgrade: <br />Subgrade was accepted in the areas shown on the attached figure. <br />Soil Liner Fill: <br />Cat 740 haul trucks hauled SLF from the Phase 1 stockpile to the C and E benches. GPS <br />equipped Cat dozers placed Soil Liner Fill material between the Phase 1 C and E benches. <br />The above activities were performed per the project plans and specifications. <br />Drain Cover Fill: <br />None. <br />Underdrain System: <br />Primary Underdrain: Complete. <br />Secondary Underdrain: A Cat excavator prepared underdrain trench between stations <br />116+00 and K10+00. Approximately 450 feet of underdrain <br />was constructed and backfilled per project plans and <br />specifications. <br />Tertiary Underdrain: No activity <br />Leak Detection: <br />A Cat excavator prepared the leak detection trench between stations C14+00 and C16+00. A <br />Cat excavator hammered rocky areas to allow for trench excavation. A Cat skidsteer placed the <br />leak detection fill in the trench. <br />The above activities were performed per the project plans and specifications. <br />Miscellaneous: <br />Amec personnel continued LVSCS pump monitoring and observation. <br />Rip rap was placed in the fabric lined Phase 2 Surface Water Diversion Channel between stations <br />S41+00 and S46+00 per project plans and specifications. <br />
