Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company ("CC&V") provides the ground
water monitoring data for the Cresson Project compliance wells quarterly. The CRMW 5 series
wells were not accessible and therefore no samples collected the first quarter of 2015. At this
time the CRMW wells are not compliance wells, therefore are not identified in the cover letter as
required samples as outlined in the Permit No. M-1980-244. All required numeric permit
conditions were met within those samples during the 1St quarter.
Access to the well head was accomplished with sampling commencing on April 15th after the
snow momentarily cleared.
Please find attached the period of record data for Cresson Monitoring Wells ("CRMW 5 Series")
with text being forwarded for your information.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at (719) 689-4057.
Sincerely,
L wryers O
Compliance: Environment and Quality
Attachment (1 pages)
