The purpose of this letter <br />is to provide confirmation to CDRMS that CPW has reviewed the revised disturbance boundary <br />for the proposed Collom Lite pit located in T. 4 N., R. 94 W., Sec. 34-36, and T. 3 N., R. 94 <br />W., Sec. 1-3, 6th Principle Meridian. <br />CPW has worked collaboratively with the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and <br />Enforcement (OSMRE) and Colowyo Mine to develop site-specific mitigation that will help <br />reduce, minimize or avoid impacts to wildlife and wildlife habitat associated with this <br />project. These mitigation practices have been documented via other correspondence <br />documents with OSMRE. <br />CPW appreciates the opportunity to provide comments for your consideration during your <br />review of Colowyo's Collom Mine Plan revision for the revised disturbance boundary.
