<br />THIS DEED, made this -a day of March, 2013, between DUELL FAMILY LIMITED
<br />PARTNERSHIP, a Colorado limited partnership, also known as THE DUELL FAMILY
<br />PARTNERSHIP, and as DUELL FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, Grantor, and DBL
<br />FARM, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, whose legal address is 5383 County
<br />Road U, Flagler, Colorado 80815, of the County of Kit Carson, State of Colorado, Grantee:
<br />WITNESSETH, That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Less Than Five
<br />Hundred Dollars, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed, and by these
<br />present does grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm, unto Grantee and Grantee's heirs,
<br />successors, and assigns forever, all the real property together with improvements, if any,
<br />situate, lying, and being in the County of Kit Carson, and State of Colorado described as
<br />follows:

<br />with the improvements located thereon, and together with all water and
<br />water rights used and appurtenant thereto, including but not limited to,
<br />water and water rights under ground water permits, if any issued by the
<br />Colorado Ground Water Commission through the State Engineer's office;
<br />South Half (S2) of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Six (6) South, Range
<br />Forty-nine (49), West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, together with the
<br />improvements located thereon, and together with all water and water rights
<br />used and appurtenant thereto, including but not limited to, water and water
<br />rights under ground water permits, if any issued by the Colorado Ground
<br />Water Commission through the State Engineer's office;
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section One (1), Township Seven (7) South,
<br />Range Forty-nine (49), West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, together with
<br />the improvements located thereon, and together with all water and water
<br />rights used and appurtenant thereto, including but not limited to, water and
<br />water rights under ground water permits, if any issued by the Colorado
<br />Ground Water Commission through the State Engineer's office;
<br />South Half of Northeast Quarter (S2NE4) and North Half of Southeast Quarter
<br />(N2SE4) of Section One (1), Township Nine (9) South, Range Fifty-one (51),
<br />West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, together with the improvements located
<br />thereon, and together with all water and water rights used and appurtenant
<br />thereto, including but not limited to, water and water rights under ground
<br />water permits, if any issued by the Colorado Ground Water Commission
