A search of the Colorado Cultural Resource Inventory database indicated five previously recorded sites within the project area of Section 36, Township 12N and Range 64W: Site No.: Name/Description National Register Eligibility: Recording/Assessment Year: 5PA4449.1 RED AMPITHEATRE TRAIL Does not support eligibility of entire linear resource 2010 5PA4449.2 I?AS"P BRANCH RED AMPFITI. TRAII, Does not support eligibility of entire linear resource 2010 5PA4450 RED FOX MINING CLAIM Officially not eligible 2010 In addition one previous survey with report numbers PA.FS.R85 covered a small portion of the project area. Please keep in mind, that our files contain incomplete information for this area, as most of Colorado has not been inventoried for cultural resources. As a result, there is the possibility that as yet unidentified cultural resources exist within the proposed project area. Should human remains be discovered during the proposed project activities, the requirements under State law C.R.S. 24-80 (part 13) apply and must be followed.
