The following is a demolition estimate for the various equipment components: <br />SNCR <br />• 35,000 gallon steel Aboveground Tank - $18,000 <br />• Dispose of 15,000 gallons aqua ammonia solution (19% ammonia)- $15,000 <br />• Remove & dispose of 192 linear feet of chain link fence @a $1o/ linear ft.- $1,920 <br />• Remove — 3500 sq. ft. concrete ria $1o.00/sq. ft. -$35,000 <br />• Remove Associated piping to Plant — 300 ft. x $3.50 linear ft. - $1,050 <br />• Remove skid pump assembly and landfill - $3,000 <br />Lime Injection <br />• Remove and salvage lime silo -$14,000 <br />• Remove associated piping — 70 feet pipe -$700 <br />• Remove 72 Sq. Ft Blower Building- $2,500 <br />• Remove 200 Sq. Ft Silo Foundation- $4,000 <br />Activated Carbon Injection <br />• Remove and salvage carbon silo -$14,000 <br />• Remove associated piping— 25 feet pipe -$400 <br />• Remove 200 Sq. Ft of concrete foundation- $4,000 <br />• Dispose of 2,000 lbs. activated carbon -$6,000 <br />Summary of Demolition Costs: <br />SNCR- $73,970 <br />Lime System- $21,200 <br />Activated Carbon System- $20,400 <br />Cost of demolition is estimated to be $115,570 with a 1o% contingency total cost is estimated <br />at $127,127. This is a conservative estimate based on removing product from tanks and silos <br />and no salvage value of the equipment. <br />Please feel free to call should you have any questions or require additional information.
