we are requesting a concurrence of stay on the claim in order to <br />monitor and secure wooden sluices, water pump and generator. To <br />assist in panning operations. It would also assist as this being our <br />1st year of prospecting we have yet to secure local residency. I am <br />asking to be allowed to camp on the claim from May until September. <br />with the understanding that conservation waste disposal and camping <br />safety will be strictly observed. Between my wife and I, we have <br />over 40 years wilderness camping experience and training. <br />we would wish to erect 2 tents one for our occupancy and one to hold <br />sluices and mining equipment and tools for the duration of our stay. <br />There would be no fencing requirement but would be parking two SUV's <br />adjacent to the property while we conduct operations on the claim. <br />Any reclamation, if required will be conducted on an as and when <br />basis, and reported as required. <br />SUMMARY OF PROPOSED OPERATIONS: <br />Through the use of hand shovels, buckets and wheel barrows, small <br />digging, hand built sluice boxes, A water pump diesel generator. <br />(Please note we considered solar panels for electricity but they <br />can't be constructed to spec by the time the operation needs to <br />commence.) An amendment to the Poo will be submitted as required as <br />and when any change occurs. This operation is for the removal of <br />precious minerals, and stones for sale. <br />PERIOD OF OPERATIONS <br />Casual Operations will begin when applicable Federal, State and <br />Local approvals have been obtained. <br />Our plan to commence is estimated early May 2015, (barring any <br />unforeseen issues) and complete By September 30th 2015. Camping with <br />an approved concurrence, we plan on conducting casual operations, <br />solely during daylight hours, prospecting as per our proposed <br />operations summary above. <br />PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ANY CHANGE IN THIS INFORMATION WILL BE <br />PROMPTLY REPORTED TO THE AUTHORIZED OFFICE. <br />
