CQA ACTIVITIES:
1) Field Activities:
The following activities were observed: Phase 1 and Phase 2 slope grading, placement and compaction
of the Phase 1 and Phase 2 Structural Fill materials, placement of SLF material on Phase 1 slopes,
placement of DCF material on Phase 1 liner, installation of Phase 1 Leak Detection systems, pump
monitoring at the LVSCS riser pipes, secondary underdrain construction, and remediation of Underground
Workings.
II) Laboratory Activities:
Atterberg limits, moisture, laboratory compaction, and sieve analysis laboratory testing continued.

The Weekly Contractor Meeting was held April 29, 2015 (Amec Foster Wheeler, CC&V, Ames)

Amec Foster Wheeler daily safety meetings
Summary of Concerns: None.
CC&V: Daily updates, reporting, and scheduling were some of the tasks occurring between CC&V
Projects, Amec Foster Wheeler, and Ames.
