It is the SWMP Operator=s <br />responsibility to adequately maintain all facilities, on an <br />as -needed basis, for continued operational effectiveness, with the <br />goal being to prevent contaminated stormwater runoff from leaving <br />the site. <br />As mining activities progress, changes to this SWMP and <br />accompanying Exhibit, may be necessary. It is the SWMP Operator=s <br />responsibility to update all relevant information, assuring the <br />Plan accurately depicts what is occurring on the site at all times. <br />
