ADMINISTRATION PROTOCOL <br />Use Of Replacement Sources Not Specifically Identified <br />In An SWSP Or Augmentation Plan <br />Division One — South Platte River <br />This protocol addresses the minimum standards required for use of a source of <br />replacement water not specifically described in an SWSP or augmentation plan. <br />• Request to the Division Engineer and Water Commissioner must be in writing <br />and must include: <br />■ the augmentation plan or SWSP provision in the purchasers <br />plan that allows an unnamed source to be added to the plan <br />for credit <br />• the decree provision or SWSP provision in the sellers plan <br />that allows water to be sold for use in the purchasers plan <br />■ the annual and monthly amount of water available from the <br />water right to be used for replacement <br />■ the location at which the water will be delivered to the stream <br />■ a lease agreement between the seller and purchaser of the <br />replacement water <br />• Applicant shall have written approval from the Division Engineer or Water <br />Commissioner before an unnamed source is added to an augmentation plan <br />or SWSP. <br />• Applicant must comply with the Augmentation Plan Accounting Protocol and, <br />if appropriate, the Delivery of Water Protocol. <br />This protocol is subordinate to any decreed language addressing specific situations. <br />Use Of Replacement Sources Not Specifically Identified <br />In An SWSP Or Augmentation Plan <br />Effective March 23, 2009 <br />
