Box 1303 Boulder, Colorado 80306 phone: 303.444.6602 <br />May 8, 2015 <br />Mr. Tyler O'Donnell <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />Re: DRMS Permit No. M-1987-049, AM -002, Bromley Lakes Notice to Import Inert Material <br />and Technical Revision (TR) Request <br />Dear Tyler: <br />Pursuant to your April 17, 2015 e-mail and the requirements of Rule 3.1.5(9), please <br />accept this letter and the enclosed Affidavit and Reclamation Plan (Exhibit F) as Ready Mixed <br />Concrete Company's (RMCC's) "Notice" to import inert fill into the approved area of the <br />Bromley Lakes Pit, DRMS Permit No. M-1987-049, AM -002 and the related request for a <br />Technical Revision to the permit related thereto. RMCC intends to accept inert fill generated <br />from activities the City of Brighton has initiated to clean out its municipal water storage <br />reservoir (known as Cell No. 1). The inert fill will be used to augment reclamation backfill <br />generated from within the Bromley Lakes Pit permit area. The following information is <br />submitted to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety in accordance with the <br />requirements of Rule 3.1.5(9). <br />Also Enclosed please find the fee for the above referenced Technical Revision in the form <br />of a check (# 4954) in the amount of $216.00. <br />RULE 3.1.5(9) <br />(a) A narrative that describes the approximate location of the proposed activity; <br />Response: <br />The backfill locations are highlighted in yellow on the DRMS approved Reclamation Plan (see <br />enclosed Exhibit "F').
