Box 247, Cripple Creek, CO 80813; (719) 689-5965, filed an application to convert M-2014-045, Mineral Mountain Project, a 110(2) Hard Rock/Metal Mining Reclamation Permit to a 110d Hard Rock/Metal Mining Reclamation Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 12, Township 15S, Range 70W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Teller County. The application decision is scheduled for June 5, 2015. A copy of the application is available for review at the Teller County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
