Colorado Department of Natural Resources
Division of Mining Reclamation and Safety
Golden Age Number Two Mining Company
NOI Permit # P2009 -002
Report 2014 -15
May 6, 2015
Ann Lemberg owner, manager
RECEIVED
t-*AY 0 6 2015
DIVISION OF RECLAMATION,
MfERALS
E PO P '4m
CEIVFn'
MAY 0 J-2015
DIVISION OF RECLAMATION,
MINING AND SAFETY
There has been no activity on the property for the last twelve months,
aside from my testifying to the unlawful interference and cronyism of
Michael Cunningham and Matt Collins who attempted to seize my
colleague George Otten's mining permits in November, in violation of law
and policy which I reported to law enforcement and to the Governor.
I requested that Michael Cunningham be removed from my project, which
has been achieved I do not expect that Michael Cunningham will attempt
to turn over my NOI to Matt Collins or any other of his cronies.
I am still working on capitalizing the Gold Mine and to secure a 110
permit to reopen the mine in full scale development. A comprehensive
report is in process. If I find any more unlawful interference with the
DMRS into my affairs, I will immediately report it to the Governor and
law enforcement.
I understand that I was exempted from the water testing required, in that I
was allowed to use the nearby artesian springs for water quality..
The grand larceny theft of the 4000 tons of gold bearing ore ready for
shipment and processing on the dump is still under investigation with
litigation pending.
The funds from the processing would have enabled the first tier of
reopening of the Golden Age Number Two Mine for development.
r
Ann Lemberg
Golden Age Number Two Mining Company
