The surface of the affected land is <br />owned by the State of Colorado. <br />STEPS NECESSARY TO ABATE VIOLATION (REMEDIAL ACTION): <br />Abatement Step # Description <br />Retrieve all coal from the area that was previously undisturbed, from which topsoil has not <br />1 been salvaged, and from the collection ditch that is to surround the coal storage pad at Stack <br />Tube #2. <br />TIME FOR ABATEMENT (NOT MORE THAN 90 DAYS): <br />ON OR BEFORE last abatement due date <br />Abatement Step # Due Date <br />1 May 22, 2015 <br />
