The Discharge Monitoring Reports for all of <br />the above CDPS permits were received by the Division on May 1, 2015. For the first quarter reports, the <br />monitoring period was from January 1, 2015 to March 31, 2015. For the March monitoring report, the <br />monitoring period was from March I to March 31, 2015. <br />For CDPS Permit No. CO- 0042161, Site 115 flowed for about an hour due to a broken pipeline during late <br />March. During the April 2015 DRMS inspection, this issue was discussed and it appears the problem was <br />addressed. Sites 300E and 300I flowed each week of the period. No exceedances were reported. <br />For CDPS Permit No. CO- 0036684; Site 62, did not discharge this quarter. <br />For CDPS Permit No. COG - 850051; 6MN Pond did not discharge during the first quarter of 2015. <br />For CDPS Permit No. COG - 850054; 18LT Pond did not discharge during the first quarter of 2015. <br />For CDPS Permit No. CO- 0027154; Ponds T, B D, F and G flowed during the month of March. Pond C <br />did not flow during the month.
