Mr. Peter Hays <br />TR -25 - Ute Park Extraction Wellfield <br />April 29, 2015 <br />convey water via a 2 -inch drop pipe and pitless adapter to a manhole where the pump line will connect to <br />a 6 -inch high density polyethylene (HDPE) header pipeline that leads to the seepage collection system. <br />As with the first well installation, instrumentation for the system includes a down -well transducer and float <br />switches to monitor and maintain water levels, flow meter located in the manhole, data logger and radio <br />transmitter. These will be powered and controlled by control panels located near the well head. Draft <br />well and piping drawings are included in Attachment 2. <br />A check in the amount of $1,006.00 is included with this submittal to cover fees for this Technical <br />Revision.
