<br />rovisions,of the Colorado Surface
<br />oal Mining Reclamation Act-of
<br />379. The bond release applicatjon
<br />as submitted by Mountain Coal
<br />Dmpany, LLC on May 1, 2014. The
<br />lountain Coal Company, LLC has
<br />ibmitted a Partial Phase I Bond
<br />alease application for the West Elk
<br />line. This release is for B and E-
<br />lam methane drainage wells and
<br />air.. associated Iighpuss roads
<br />ithin the West Flatiron and the
<br />ry Fork of the Minnesota Creek
<br />sea. All of the request areas are
<br />i National Forest surface. Th e
<br />)plicant is requesting the release
<br />approximately 19.23 acres and
<br />17,871.00 for the backflling and
<br />grading and drainage control re-
<br />;tablishment of the requested or-
<br />is. The requested acreage and li-
<br />)ility amouhts will be determined
<br />rsed on the Division's inspection.
