The <br />SL7 bond release application for the <br />Keenesburg Strip Mine is for Phase I bond <br />release on 27.1 acres within reclamation <br />panels 30, 31 and 32 at the site. The <br />surface operation is operated by Coors <br />Energy Company under the provisions of the <br />Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation <br />Act of 1979. The bond release application <br />was submitted by Coors Energy Company <br />on December 12, 2014. The SL7 bond <br />release application for the Keenesburg Strip <br />Mine is for Phase 1 bond release on 27.1 <br />acres within reclamation parcels 30, 31 and <br />32 at the site. The affected area is located <br />in Weld County, approximately 7 miles <br />North of Keenesburg, Colorado. <br />Copies of the proposed decision are <br />available for review ut the Colorado <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />office, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203, and on the <br />Division's website at <br />http://mining.state.co.u.s/Reports/MiningDat <br />a /Pages/lmagedDocumentData.aspx.
