Notice of the proposed decision will be published in <br />the The Daily Sentinel as soon as possible. The first publication will initiate the ten (10) day public <br />comment period for the Division's decision. <br />Please refer to the Performance Bond heading on the enclosed proposed decision form. The <br />Division's proposed decision to approve CAM- Colorado, LLC's incremental bonding schedule, <br />pursuant to Rules 3.02.1(5)(b) and (6), requires the loadout's liability to remain at $1,624,926.00. <br />Although the Division is proposing to approve a bond reduction in the amount of $1,614,926.00 <br />(Rule 3.02.2(5)), this is not reflected in the proposed decision form. Once the Division's decision <br />becomes final, CAM- Colorado, LLC may submit a bond rider to decrease their current bond held to <br />$10,000.00, pursuant to Rule 3.02.2(3).
