D4
Turnkey landscaping
Company
YaulhCo INC.
1068 Red Canyon Rd. Canon City, CO
344 E. HWY 50 Salida, CO
719 - 275 -5727 & 719- 539 -8628
01/30/15
Current Disturbances to Affected Land
Fourmile
Sandstone Quarry
The phase one bonding area, remains the affected area. Bench mining in the previously disturbed
"upper pit" area still within the bonded area. Bench mining, in the lower pit area remains unchanged.
Total affected area remains within the bonded area.
Required monitoring information
All items within compliance, and or exemption status.
Reclamation accomplished to date and during previous year
Erosion control berms on roads and stormwater diversion methods continue to be addressed and
managed. Loose debris ( stone, dead tree limbs etc) is regularly removed and managed to keep the site
properly maintained. As no topsoil is included with our approved reclamation plan, we continue to keep
the extraction points cleaned. Sediment trap points are being routinely installed to slow run -off, from
snow and rain, in affected areas, as storm -water discharge events must be managed to protect public
waterways.
Anticipated disturbances for 2015
No additional disturbances, beyond the described activities are anticipated.
Respectfully Submitted,
Mike Krauutth Jr. / Preside nt- Krauth.Co
