In short, the Agreement between the <br />City and the Operator addresses all remaining reclamation obligations at the Site (re- grading, re- <br />vegetation, and construction of flood control structures), and on that basis the City hereby <br />releases and discharges the State of Colorado and the MLRB from any further reclamation <br />obligation or oversight responsibility at the Site.
