10
April P, 2013
Jch4d XUteft
(805) 587 -7781 V" ` ' N a 2"
E - KittelltaylorAaol.com
RECEIVED
Colorado Division of Mining and Safety
1313 Sherman St
Room 213
Denver, Co 80203
"APR n Q 2013
-IV'DIVISION OF RECLAMATION
MINING AND SAFETY
Is a Mining Lab that is filled with Toxic Chemicals conducive to someone living in? If
someone dies in a Mining Lab and another becomes gravely ill do you investigate if the
owner, Al Mosch is adhering to the Colorado Mining and Safety regulations?
Everyone in Idaho Springs seems to be afraid of Al Mosch. Not one person questioned
Al when his long time friend Dallas Addis became emaciated, wore filthy dirty clothes
that had not been washed in weeks, smelled from not showering due to no running water
in the lab, no kitchen, no refrigerator and no facilities. There was 15 bags of rotting food
and garbage in the small room where he slept and ate along with dozens of toxic
chemicals.
Once Al realized that his long time friend as he put it 'Lost his mind' and could not help
him with his mining experiments, Dallas no longer served a purpose and was literally left
in the Toxic Lab to die! Al also stated the guy before Dallas had literally died in the lab.
Before I could remove all of Dallas's personal belongings Al was already moving
another guy in. Does anybody know how many men have died in this lab or become
gravely ill or does no one care because Al Mosch is wealthy and powerful? How many
more lives will be lost or fall ill before someone investigates Mr Mosch?
Sincerely,
/8
Bridget Kiittell
