Notices have been sent out <br />to the adjacent landowners and a notice has been ordered for the local paper. <br />As we all know, the miner has a tough road ahead of him-and it is a gamble to try to make any money. <br />I hope this round moves the permitting to completion and he can fmally get'on his way.
