The ventilation fans are driven by electric motors fed by the incoming 440
volt power cable. fan installations have been designed and constructed,
and are operated and maintained to effect compliance with applicable
regulatory requirements as described and outlined in Exhibit 17,
Ventilation System and Methane/Dust Control Plans.
