Our review found the report satisfied the requirements for <br />frequency of analysis and the report contained the required content. The data indicated no water <br />quality compliance issues. <br />Samples are collected once per quarter (19 -Mar -2015 in this case) from the Wiltse Well (King I <br />Mine) and from three locations at the King II Mine: 41 Up- gradient Monitoring Well; #2 Down - <br />gradient monitoring well; and #3 Hay Gulch Irrigation Ditch.
