If you do not have an <br />attorney, you may wish to consult with one. <br />Summary of the Relief Requested by the Debtors: Debtors seek entry of an order <br />substantively consolidating their respective bankruptcy estates for all purposes. Debtors request <br />that Camp Bird be substantively consolidated into Federal Resources, with Federal Resources <br />being the surviving entity, and that all liens and encumbrances against the assets of Federal and <br />Camp Bird shall survive the consolidation and shall have the same status that such liens and <br />encumbrances had as of the Petition dates of both Federal and Camp Bird. <br />If you do not want the Court to approve the Motion or you want the Court to consider <br />your views, then you or your attorney must: <br />1.
