Remediated.F <br />UG # 6677 — Backfilled and compacted. Remediated. <br />UG #6678 — Excavated to approximately 30' — no bottom. Evidence of shaft (timbers). Prepared <br />for drill access. Confirmatory drilling: 32 borings; 1,600LF using Sandvik 700 and Sandvik 800 <br />tracked drill rigs. Further remediation required. <br />UG #6679 — Placed —360 cubic yards of coarse shaft backfill in excavation. Further remediation <br />required. <br />II) Storm Water Management <br />Best Management Practices (BMPs) continued to be performed. <br />CQA ACTIVITIES: <br />1) Field Activities: s <br />The following activities were observed: The grading of Phase 1 and Phase 2 slopes, the placement and <br />compaction of the Phase 1 and Phase 2 Structural Fill materials, the placement of DCF material on the <br />Phase 1 slopes, the excavation of the Phase 1 Leak Detection trench, the installation of the ADR2 fire- <br />water line, the pumping of water from the LVSCS riser pipes, and the remediation of the Underground <br />Workings. <br />II) Laboratory Activities: <br />Atterberg limits, moisture, laboratory compaction, and sieve analysis laboratory testing continued. The <br />following samples were collected: 1 DCF -1 -R, SLF- 177 -C, and 1LDF -2 -R. <br />General Proiect Items <br />Meetings and Discussions: <br />The Weekly Contractor Meeting was held April 8, 2015 (Amec Foster Wheeler, CC &V, Ames) <br />Ames daily safety meetings <br />Amec Foster Wheeler daily safety meetings <br />Summary of Concerns: None. <br />CC &V: Daily updates, reporting, and scheduling were some of the tasks occurring between CC &V <br />Projects, Amec Foster Wheeler, and Ames. <br />Deliveries: Received and inventoried 168 rolls of 80 mil double sided textured LLDPE liner. The liner <br />was staged on a prepared surface in the PSSA footprint. The rolls were stacked a maximum of three rolls <br />high as specified. <br />
