<br />THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, made this 36 day of October, 2013, between
<br />RIO GRANDE CO,, a Colorado tuutporadon,'Grantor, and THE TRUST FOR PUBLIC LAND, a
<br />nonprofit California public benefit corporation authorized to do business in Colorado, Grantee.
<br />WITNESS, that the Grantor, for an in consideration of the sum, of Ten Dollars and other
<br />good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey
<br />and confirm unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, that certain ieal property,
<br />together with improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of Arapahoe and State
<br />of Colorado, described as follows: i Y ;, .

<br />Together, with the Grantor's interest in and to all and singular t'he hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, the reversion and reversions,

<br />claim and demand whatsoever of the Grantor, either in law or in equity, of, in and to the above

<br />Reserving to Grantor any and all oil, gas, and related hydrocarbons, and further provided
<br />that the Grantor does not reserve and specifically disclaims any rights whatsoever to use the

<br />relating to the said reserved oil, gas and related hydrocarbons. ' {
