Mining is nearly complete we have approximately 3 months left to complete <br />mining on the floor of the mine. The green area (5.32 acres) is undisturbed area. <br />Mining will continue in the previously disturbed areas. Side sloping and final <br />grading is completed on the area colored yellow. <br />9. The areas that will be above the reservoir water elevation along the east, south <br />and west sides have been resoiled and are ready for seeding. <br />11. We expect to complete final grading of the slopes a 1 nd reservoir floor this <br />year. Much of the mine area is lake bottom and needs little or no reclamation to <br />only 4.90 acres around the upper part of the mined area needs final grading.. <br />14. The topsoil piles cover 2.5 acres and contain an estimated 25,000 yards for <br />use during reclamation. Piles have vegetative covers. We are in the process of <br />using this material to resoil the seedbed areas. <br />16. A copy of the SEO's slurry wall certification letter is on file with the <br />division. The water exposed is owned by AFS. <br />20. The monitoring results are attached from first quarter 2012 thru April 14, <br />2015. This reports also contains ground water depth information collected by AFS <br />for monitoring wells 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 & 8 starting in first quarter 2013 as requested by <br />Division. Monitoring wells are north and east of the mined area. <br />
