The project area is located in T. 5 N., R. 91 W., Sec. 1, 2, and 3; <br />T. 6 N., R. 90 W., Sec. 30, and 31; T. 6 N., R. 91 W., Sec. 25, 26, 28, 33, 34, 35 and 36, 6th <br />Principle Meridian. <br />Colorado Parks and Wildlife has reviewed the application, which includes a request by the <br />applicant to update Appendix W of their existing mine permit for annual reporting of <br />reclamation and hydrology findings. Colorado Parks and Wildlife does not have any wildlife <br />impact concerns or recommendations related to this technical revision. <br />Colorado Parks and Wildlife appreciates the opportunity to review the Trapper Mine Technical <br />Revision No. 114.
