The revision was received on February 2, 2015 and was deemed <br />incomplete on February 10, 2015 because Section 2.04.10 was not addressed in the application. Tri -State <br />submitted the additional materials on March 3, 2015 and the application was deemed complete on March 13, <br />2015. The following issues have been identified and need additional attention: <br />Section 2.04. 10 — Vegetation Information <br />1. On page 46, Table 2.04.10 -13, the `total' line values do not line up correctly with the column heading. <br />The value 14,706 was shifted to the next line. Please re -align the values with the correct column <br />heading for clarity. <br />2. On page -95, the text references the 2014 Reference Area Evaluation as Attachment 2.05.4(2)(e) -13. <br />The attachment included with this technical revision is labeled as 2.05.4(2)(e)4. Please clarify which <br />attachment is referenced. <br />Section 2.05.4(2)(e) — Revegetation <br />1. On page -33, the equation at the top of the page reads t,, = Q - x / Sx. It appears the numerator values <br />have been reversed according to approved permit page -34 and Rule 4.15.11(2)(c). The equation should <br />read t, = x - Q / Sx.
