Mr. Tim Cazier <br />April 9, 2015 <br />Page 12 <br />Continued development and expansion of the East Cresson Overburden Storage Area <br />occurred, along with expansion of the Arequa Gulch VLF. <br />Technical Revisions ( "TRs ") were submitted to and approved by the DRMS during the <br />reporting period for: I <br />• TR 70: TR 70 to Amendment No. 10 was proposed and approved to <br />relocate the Squaw Gulch ADR Building from on top of the Process <br />Solution Storage Area (PSSA) to a lined area just north - northwest of the <br />PSSA. There was no change in the existing financial warranty for this TR. <br />I <br />• TR 71: TR 71 to Amendment No. 10 was proposed and approved to <br />install a new portion of 13.2 KV power line to the crushing facility. The <br />estimated TR 72 amount of $17,125 !,was applied against CC &V's <br />unallocated bond amount of the financial warranty. <br />I <br />• TR 72: TR 72 to Amendment No. 10 was proposed and approved <br />to move spent ore from the AGVLF to the` SGVLF. There was no change <br />in the existing financial warranty for this TR. <br />I <br />• TR 73: TR 73 to Amendment No. 10, was proposed and approved to <br />install an alternate new portion of 13.2 KV power line from the crusher <br />power line to the Squaw Gulch ADR. The reclamation cost estimate of <br />$4,893 was applied to unallocated bond amount. <br />Enhancement and general maintenance of storm water control features continued in <br />2014. Other Amendment No. 10 construction activities will continue throughout 2015 <br />and beyond. <br />Reclamation accomplished in 2014 included the followina nroiects- <br />Approximately 22.2 acres of disturbance associated with the Cresson Project were <br />reclaimed in 2014 as shown on the attached map. All areas were re- contoured and six <br />inches of growth medium was applied prior to seeding. Approximately 14.3 acres of <br />topsoil stockpile disturbance (Topsoil Stockpile No. 34) were hydro - <br />seeded /hydromulched with 1 ton per acre of Biotic Earth (organic supplement), 800 <br />pounds per acre of Sustane organic fertilizer, and 3,500 pounds per acre of Flexterra <br />flexible growth medium and tackifier. <br />Approximately 7.9 acres of disturbance associated with smaller areas (see attached <br />map) were hand or ATV broadcast seeded and raked. These activities followed the <br />general reclamation techniques defined in the Cresson Project Reclamation Plan. <br />Weed control techniques were- implemented within the Cresson Project area in the <br />summer of 2014 and will continue in the spring and potentially fall of 2015.
