SCHLOSSER, INC.
REGULAR 112 PERMIT APPLICATION
SCHLOSSER PIT I
EXHIBIT J - VEGETATION INFORMATION
The lands comprising the permit area are owned by Schlosser; Inc. They have not grazed
cattle on this property. The primary native grasses that are currently present according to the
i
Natural Resources Conservation Service in Burlington, Colorado are Buffalo Grass, Western
Wheatgrass and Blue Grama. The property has a low pasture rating and it is not used for cattle
grazing. A better description for this property would probably be wildlife grazing lands.
The property will be enhanced once the area is reclaimed with the new seed mixture, which
will enhance the grazing aspect (see the Reclamation Plan for the i reclamation seed mixture).
Presently, there would be no valuable carrying capacity for this property.
I
J -1
