See attached. <br />Exhibit C <br />3) Area north of 132nd has been added. See attached. <br />Exhibit F <br />4) New reclamation map. The affected land was restored to its original condition. Also see <br />attached. <br />Exhibit M <br />5) As explained in the original submittal, the pump house and the appurtenant inlet /outlet <br />structure and pipeline to the river ( "Inlet /Outlet Facilities ") were constructed by a third <br />party for or with the consent of the owner of Pit 29 (Bromley District Water Providers, <br />L.L.C.). Based on discussions with representatives of Bromley District Water Providers, <br />L.L.C., Brannan's understanding with regard to that construction project is as follows: <br />(a) No effluent discharge permits were required or obtained. <br />(b) No disposal of dredge and fill material (404) permits were required or obtained. <br />On the basis of the plans for the Inlet /Outlet Facilities, the Corps determined that <br />no Section 404 permit was required. See letter attached. <br />(c) No well permits were required or obtained. <br />(d) A county road crossing permit was obtained. See attached. <br />(e) No county (or city) zoning /land use permits were required or obtained. <br />7405 W.
