The Division cited a possible violation for a mining disturbance, approximately <br />3.25 acres in size, outside of the approved permit boundaries (the Division considers mining 2 acres or more <br />outside of the approved permit boundary as a violation for mining without a permit). <br />April 6, 2015 - The Division sent the operator a copy of the inspection report and a Reason To Believe letter for <br />failure to first obtain a reclamation permit from the Mined Land Reclamation Board before engaging in a new <br />mining operation. <br />REASON FOR VIOLATION. <br />The Operator failed to first obtain a reclamation permit from the Mined Land Reclamation Board before engaging <br />in a new mining operation as required by C.R.S. 34- 32.5- 109(1). <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3567 F 303.832.8106 http: / /mining. state. co. us <br />John W.
