The 16.21 acres disturbed <br />include new roads and/or drill pads that were constructed to complete eight (8) mine ventilation boreholes (MVB's) on seven (7) <br />new pads, as well as 5.64 miles of initial road construction for access to the E6 -E8 MVB pads (See Table I and 2014 MVB <br />Drilling Roads & Pads). The MVB's constructed this year were for longwall panel E5 and included MVB's E5 -12 through E5- <br />20. <br />In 2014, MCC plugged and abandoned twenty five (25) MVB's and one (1) monitoring well, and completed reclamation of <br />thirteen (13) MVB sites and associated roads (See Table 11 and MCC Reclamation 2014 Map). The 10.05 acres of reclamation <br />included regrading the sites and roads to the approximate original contour, as well as topsoiling, seeding and mulching. Copies <br />of the seed mix invoices are attached. <br />This report shows the addition of 19.7 acres (reclaimed in 2004) to the "Greater than 10 years" column and 13.85 acres <br />(SL -05) to the "Phase I release" column. <br />In addition, MCC is submitting a revision to the 2013 Annual Reclamation Report, 2.4 acres were taken out of the <br />"Greater than 10 years" total and added to the "10 years or less" total. <br />If you have questions concerning this submittal, or require further information, please contact me at <br />(970) 929 -2308. <br />Sincerely, <br />J ica Loveland, P.E. <br />nvironmental Engineer <br />cc: W.
