The proposed mine is known as Pit 29, and is <br />located in Sections 26 and 35, T1S, R67W, 60' PM. <br />The proposed date of commencement is within 30 days of approval and to be completed within 180 days after <br />commencement. The proposed future use of the land is water storage and conveyance with associated facilities <br />including, without limitation, a French drain around a portion of the pit.
